Due to our growth, we seek a Marketing Communications Coordinator at our corporate office in Fullerton, CA.  The Marketing Communications Coordinator position has many varied responsibilities, including those listed below. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Marketing Communications Coordinator is routinely relied upon to support the execution of the department’s many special projects.

 

o Mailing Coordination

o Gift Certificate Program

o Sweepstakes fulfillment

o Gift with Purchase fulfillment

o EXCEED fulfillment

o Ad Planner account set-up

o Presentation Back-up

o Point of Sale Orders

o Event Support (Buying Event, Incentive Trips, Dealer Meetings)

o Manager/Specialist Support

 

Qualifications: 

o Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

o Strong analytical and problem solving skills

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

o Strong service orientation

 

Education/Experience:  BA in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.  Min. 2 years experience in marketing communications.
