Position Description

Quinlan Management to include:
Scope of work, development of sales tools, internet visibility, ads, communications, presentations, trade show support and other marketing initiatives for North American commercial business and hybrid

Support increased marketing focus in Mexico in coordination with Mexican sales team

Customer event communications support

Management of annual North American Sales Meeting

Allison “PhD” Sales Training Development

Presentation development/coordination for MSS NA State of Business, BPR, annual employee meeting, etc.

Competitive intelligence research (Update and make available Competitor Assessment and related materials, summarize and analyze competitor activities for CIT discussion annually,
alert CIT of significant or threatening developments for the competitor, serve as subject matter expert and respond to inquiries on assigned competitor)

Assist new PR staff with centralizing PR communications

Marketing literature management at SGI

Allison Web team representation

 Position Requirements

Required:  Bachelors degree in engineering, industrial engineering or Marketing

Preferred:  4 year degree with technical background, marketing minor

Required:  Knowledge of Allison Transmission products, sales channel, truck markets and general business conditions.

Preferred:  Technical product knowledge, calibrations specifics, marketing agency familiarity.
