Material Planner

Lang-Mekra North America, LLC,a supplier to the heavy trucking industry is seeking an experienced Materials Planner to join our team.

Must have minimum 3 yrs. previous materials planner experience in a manufacturing environment, hands on MRP/ERP systems, proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, good verbal and written communication skills.  Responsibilities include analyzing and managing inventory levels, report preparation,  system transactions to allocate, purchase, internally manufacture or reschedule material as required.A good understanding of Supply Chain Management is required.  CPIM certification, experience in Trans4M, and Six Sigma principles a plus.  Supplier releasing and management experience.  EDI knowledge.
