Excellent opportunity for Mechanical Engineers........One of our Major client is hring Mechanical EngineersLocation:  Princeton, NJExperience: 10 yearsRequirements:We need a candidate with good experience of automobile engine, alternators, standby power generators...  with hand-on work on die casting, forging pcs, tooling.... Need people who are strong on the manufacturing/production side and have some R&D experience.· Bachelors Degree in mechanical engineering · At least 8 years of new product introduction experience. · Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal and facilitation skills · Ability to work with several licensing programs simultaneously. · Willing to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 30% of time · Hands-on experience in product manufacturing. · Effective problem solving ability to lead and influence others  (cross-functionally and globally). · Effective interpersonal skills. · Facilitation skills.Desired:· Master degree · Black belt · Experience with consumer product development · Solid understanding and experience in "secondary” polymer processing methods such as injection molding, thermoforming, sheet extrusion, wire coating extrusion, compression molding and profile extrusion. · Credible communicator on technical issues.
