Mold Development Engineer

Description Position Purpose: Initially this position will lead the Tire Development Department's efforts in tire mold design and technical drawings in collaboration with Company and Salem engineers.  The Tire Mold Design Section will become its own under the Tire Development Department soon and in the near future, this position will evolve in functions to include tire construction design, technical data analysis, and other functions associated with the tire development process. Major Accountabilities: 1.Created technical tire mold drawings for tire line development using CAD system.2.Designing new tire specifications using CAD system in cooperation with Company and Salem engineers.Requirements Experience Required: Working knowledge in the use of CAD based drawing system.Experience operating CAD system for around 5 years. Desired Experience: Working in tire mold drawing and designing.Experience in tire construction design. Skills Required: Mechanical Aptitude.Detail Oriented, Organized.Self Motivated, Disciplined.Strong Verbal/Written Skills.Good Interpersonal Skills.Willing to Relocate.
