This job posting is for General Sales Manager at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Mazda and Suzuki store in Lebanon.  Income potential is huge for this position!  We are looking for a GSM capable of leading our five star sales force to the next level. Applicants must have a proven track record as a sales manager or at least 2 years experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry. Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic, good closing skills, and high customer satisfaction. Other attributes include knowledge of finance, used cars, and new and used car inventory management. The ability to communicate, train and grow a certified sales staff is a must.

· Expert at designing, implementing, and refining systems to manage complex processes and to optimize performance.

· Track record of successful negotiation with the most skilled or resistant groups. Establishes common ground and focuses on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.

· Internal expert of customer, competitive, and market information.

· Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.

· Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.

· Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.

· Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs.

· Skilled at summarizing and analyzing information for budgeting revenues and expenses.

· High School Diploma or equivalent experience. College, some college or associates degree is considered a plus.
