The Human Resources Department is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to support OD Manager with various corporate wide initiatives devised to enhance both associate and organizational effectiveness. 

Tasks may include:Assist in the development and implementation of new workshops focused on career development tools, strategies, tips, and other related topics Participate in OD branding process and serve as advocate of OD brand in service delivery Partner with business units to identify and deliver targeted organizational development consulting Coordination of "OD network" to share best practices with OD practitioners across functions within TMS and TFS and identify opportunities for collaboration. Develop and implement strategy recommendations for associate mentoring programs Participate in bi-annual Associate Opinion Survey process (eg. gather and analyze results, deliver presentations to assigned client groups) Review and provide recommendations to kaizen various associate services and benefits (eg. tuition assistance program) Research and recommend Leadership development programs and opportunities to ensure a qualified and diverse leadership pipeline at TMS. 

Qualifications/Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree with at least 5 years experience Organizational Development experience strongly preferred Facilitation and presentation experience (both small and large group) Proven results in developing, advocating and implementing new initiatives at organization wide level
