PC Support Technician

/ -Identifies and initiates resolutions to user problems and concerns associated with desktops, laptops, and workstations.-Accurately logs problems and their associated resolutions into the standardized company support center application. -Assists with the planning, purchasing, and implementation of PC hardware and software in compliance with Federal-Mogul IS standard policies and procedures. -Upholds Federal-Mogul policies as described in the Information Protection Manual, IS Standards, and White Papers. -Provides user with training and communications on IS policies and procedures as required. -Assists with remote problem resolution for off-site users as required.-Ensures a high level of client satisfaction is achieved and required service level agreements are met to the best of their ability.-Assists with the management of projects on site as required.-Assists the Regional Coordinator to ensure a consistent approach is maintained. -Strong inter-personal skills.-Good verbal and written communication skills in dealing with all levels of management-3-4 years experience with PC hardware, operating systems and Office productivity application software. -2 years experience with deskside support required-Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS or other related technical degree required.-Knowledge of Spanish language preferred
