Parts Coordinator/Inventory Specialist

International Manufacturer of electronic components is looking for a Parts Coordinator for their Domestic Headquarters in Dublin, Ohio.

Looking for an experienced individual with solid warehouse/distribution knowledge to handle a variety of duties relative to parts and inventory management.

Responsibilities include:

·  Data Entry-Inputting customer orders/ Domestic purchase orders

·  Data Entry of Cargo Receiving Voucher (Receiving, ship out, and packing lists)

·  Add items into stock

·  Process Returns/RMA

·  Complete orders report

·  Processing of Reorder Report

·  Unloading, packaging, and shipping of all orders

·  Maintain accurate operation of the Warehouse

·  Invoicing of orders

·  All administration requirements

·  Correspondence with all trucking companies delivering or picking up.

·  Stock taking (Inventory)

·  Proper reporting of non moving items in Warehouse

·  Tracking of irregular stock parts

·  Reporting irregular stock parts to sales

 

Parts Center responsibilities include maintaining the accurate shipping, receiving, and operating of the warehouse at all times  Responsibilities also include any and all operations that may arise pertaining to the Parts Center.

This individual will be a key liaison with the sales force and customers to ensure parts are ordered, received and shipped on timely basis.
