 McCandless, Arizona’s International Dealer

is looking for a Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team.

 

McCandless of Arizona is the IC Bus Corporation and International Truck & Engine Dealer, representing medium and heavy trucks, bus, leasing & rental, parts, service and mobile maintenance in the state of Arizona.

 

Responsibilities of the Parts Counter Salesperson:

· Assist walk-in, telephone and internal customers with parts orders by: listening to and clarifying requests; identifying parts; offering and explaining alternative solutions

· Complete parts sales orders by entering purchased items into sales/inventory system; obtaining payment; adding purchase to credit account; issuing sales receipts

· Updating job knowledge by learning about new products

· Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests

 

Qualifications:

· Ability to work the evening (2:00pm – 10:30pm) shift

· Efficiently operates a computer (ADP beneficial)

· Communicates clearly and effectively in a variety of settings

· Responsive and empathetic to customer needs

· Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.

· Demonstrates professionalism at all times
