Position Description

- Prepare hourly and salary payrolls
- Analyze payrolls to ensure proper handling of deductions, i.e., insurance plans, savings bonds, credit union, payroll taxes, etc.
- Update and maintain payroll and other financial records
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Prepare, analyze, and select methods of presenting various financial data
- Assist senior analysts/supervisors
- Frequent contact with others outside the work group

Position Requirements

College degree with a major in accounting, business administration, or equivalent 3-5 years work exp

Ability to interpret and administer company accounting procedures and principles
- Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient personal computer skills
- Comprehend department priorities
