Payroll Clerk

Midwest Express Group is a lead logistics provider offering supply chain optimization for automotive OEM’s and their suppliers.  MEG has its North American Operations in the United States and Canada, with affiliate operations around the world. Our services include LLP, transportation, material handling and assembly.

 

MEG is currently seeking an experienced and innovative individual to fill the position of Payroll Clerk at our East Liberty location.

 

Essential Job Functions:Payroll support for MEG Ohio and IndianaAssist with the full time and leased labor processing through ADP and TMW systemsMaintain payroll databaseAccurately key all payroll related data to process and meet appointed scheduleResearch and resolve payroll problemsKeep abreast of payroll processing system and changes in wage/tax laws, and corresponding with federal, state, and local agencies



Requirements:High school or equivalentOne (1) – three (3) years prior payroll experience required Strong analytical abilitiesStrong analytical abilityExcellent communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of ADP, TMW and JD Edwards a plusMust have ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong PC skills (Microsoft Office suite)
