Responsibilities Include:

¨ Process Monthly and weekly payroll

¨ Maintain employee files and records.

¨ Performs all required duties necessary to prepare hourly, salaried and commission payrolls.

¨ Prepares, sorts and distributes various payroll checks.

¨ Conduct phone interviews and scheduling.

¨ Process background checks and new hire documents.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

¨ Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.

¨ 3-5 years HRIS and Payroll experience.

¨ Effective communication skills both oral and written

¨ Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

¨ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

¨ Organized, analytical and Innovative.

¨ ADP experience a plus.
