Plant Electrical Engineer

BSEE with 3-5 years of manufacturing plant experience for a Fortune 500 manufacturer in South Carolina.  The plant is commutable from Columbia.  Must have strong controls experience including PLC trouble shooting and programming.  The successful candidate will come out of a plant with Allen Bradley PLC's and plastic molding, metal working or assembly operations with high volumes.  Vision system (for inspection of parts) experience is desirable but not mandatory.  Will have some maintenance engineering duties but not maintenance supervision/management.  Responsibilities will include project management for new and upgradeable equipment and continuous improvement and corrective/preventive actions to improve quality and/or reduce costs.  This is one of our best clients who is ready to interview and hire now.  Although our client offers an outstanding relocation package, for now, only applicants living in the southeast, or with ties to the southeast will be considered.  Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.  Please forward a Word document of your resume to Ray Fehrenbach, CPC at recruiters@southernrecruiters.com
