Plant Engineer

We are searching for a candidate to join our team as a Plant Engineer.  This position would be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating manufacturing and maintenance processes in a metal casting environment.

 

Responsibilities would include the following:

 

Ø  Lead the Maintenance Teams

Ø  Coordinate utilities, equipment management, cost control management, and other team support

Ø  Initiate and participate in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement Projects 

Ø  Oversee engineering design and construction of alterations/modifications of existing facilities

Ø  Research new technologies for various projects 

 

A Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required. A successful candidate will have three to seven years experience in engineering with a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.  Management Experience Required.  Metallurgy experience is a definite plus.
