Plant Manager

Our client is a major non-union supplier to both the American and Japanese Automotive Industry.  They are located in Central Kentucky in an ideal living area.  They have an immediate opening for an experienced Plant Manager.

This positon will be responsible for the day to day operations of 450+ employee process oriented plant.  This position directs all departments of the plant and has daily interaction with division and corporate.  The Plant Manager will also be involved closely with the customers.

A four year degree is required as a minimum along with a proven track record of accomplishments in an automotive manufacturing environment.  Must have strong people and communication skills.
