Plant Manager, Ciudad Juarez Plant, Mexico

Our plant in Juarez, Mexico is a key part of our success.  We are now looking for a Plant Manager who can spearhead our growth and to lead the company’s continuous improvement journey.

 

The priorities of the new Plant Manager will be to lead the company’s operational improvement initiatives while ensuring that the company’s operations are meeting the customer’s requirements (quality, service, delivery).  As the leader for all manufacturing and operational functions in the Juarez facility, you will be responsible for developing and executing the operational plans to meet the company’s vision and strategy.  You are a proven leader with 5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or VP Operations   Reporting to the President of the North American branch of the Group, you will be responsible for the operations in Mexico and you will work closely with the President on key strategic issues.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and expertise.

·  Engineering or other technical background

·  Automotive and/or precision metal-forming industry experience

·  Experience in managing a 100+ employee automotive production operation

·  The ability to inspire and lead an organization to achieve greater results

·  Spanish speaking ability
