C&U Group Co., Ltd. is the largest bearing manufacturer in the mainland China with annual capacity of 400 million pieces of various bearings. The annual sales revenue of the group has reached over US$500 million in 2006.  We are a supplier of high-quality automobile and motor bearings of the world-renowned enterprises such as GE, Panasonic, Sharp, Whirlpool, Haier, LG, FAW-VW, and Shanghai Volkswagen and so on. In order to expand the American market, we founded C&U USA INC in Illinois. Together with SKF, NSK, and NTN, we strive to provide better service for the high-end customers here in the United States.

 

We are currently seeking an individual of strong leadership and management experience to be our company’s president.

 

Responsibilities include:

- Manage and administer the overall operations of the company, such as marketing, sales, customer service etc.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, procedures and activities.

- Participate in formulating company policies and developing long-range strategic objectives of the company.

- Realize the instructions of the board of directors and achieve short-, mid- and long-term targets set by the board of directors.

- Review and assess the performance of the sales reps of the company.

 

Requirements:

-  Bachelor's degree or above.

-  6+ years experience in business management.

-  Working experience in big bearing manufacturing companies such as

SKF, NSK, and NTN preferred.
