Product Manager- Vibration Systems

Job Responsibilities include:Manage vibration system product lines used for durability, vibration, and seismic testing applications.  Develop and maintain product plans, life cycle plans and be accountable for growth and profitability of the product portfolio. Lead cross-functional product group, set market based priorities and oversee market plan execution.Identify and analyze market needs, industry trends and technological advances impacting vibration system products and services. Define requirements and manage development of product features.Conduct competitive analysis and develop product positioning and marketing strategies. Support sales by creating sales collateral, providing training and participating in strategic selling. Develop service and support strategy to support customer base. Champion quality problem resolution. Position requires approximately 15% travel.

To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 5 years experience in marketing or product engineering.  A postgraduate degree and at least 2 years of product management experience preferred. Knowledge of multi-axial durability testing applications using physical test equipment is preferred.  Excellent written and communication skills.  Presentation skills and ability to interface and work directly with customers.  Ability to build relationships, lead cross functional teams and build consensus among diverse stake-holders.  Problem solving ability and analytical business skills.
