Production Supervisor

syncreon is a global best-in-class provider of high complexity automotive logistic services delivering world-class innovative solutions, competitive pricing, financial stability and investment capability.  Our Company provides value added logistic services to the automotive industry  In working with our customer, we deliver intelligent logistic solutions for in bound material flow requirements and sequencing and have a current opening for a Production Supervisor.  This is a new plant launch that will have increased growth in working to service our customer and will employ approximately 30 salaried and 200 hourly employees.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all production and customer requirements are met, continually monitor build for quality, ensure that all 5S, safety, and communication expectations are met, maintain good employee and union relations, prepare all shift production reporting.

The successful with have a Bachelors degree with 2-3 years supervisory experience in a manufaturing enviornment, excellent communication, teamwork building and leadership skills.
