Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field required.At least 1 year (preferably at least 3 years) of Front-line supervisory experience in a manufacturing team environment. Working knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing and quality control techniques, 5-S, Six Sigma, and Quality Systems (e.g. QS 9000, ISO 14001, TS 16949).
