It is important to us that you excel personally and professionally while you put your career in drive with Ford Motor Company.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Full-time production supervisor supervises a group of hourly employees engaged in one or more of the steps of assembling vehicles, from body sub-assembly operations through final vehicle preparation. Coordinates and schedules manpower requirements to meet pre-determined production schedules, insures that material requirements are sufficient and available to meet production schedules, ascertains that tools and equipment are available and operable in accordance with requirements, controls usage of non-production items, maintains the quality of materials and/or components within established specifications, evaluates damaged and defective stock and insures that scrap is cut to minimum levels, identifies and insures that safety hazards and unsafe practices are corrected, arranges for routine and emergency repairs or equipment, maintains good housekeeping and the like, maintains discipline in accordance with Company practices, provides on-the-job training, and administers other personnel functions within the frame work of established practices and policies.  Prepares and maintains required records and reports.  Performs related duties as required.Requirements include but are not limited to: Prefer a Bachelor Degree Will be required to rotate shiftsWe have a commitment to our products and customers, but also know that our employees are the driving force behind our success.
