The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of projects in terms of customer and company satisfaction. He / she is the main interface between the Customer and Tenneco with great visibility inside and outside of the company. The Program Manager plays a major role in problem identification and resolution during the project by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving resolution of issues that affect project execution. He / she will focus on: translation of customer needs and requirements into detailed project plans; execution of those plans; management of cross functional teams; project profitability; and development of customer relationships.

This position reports to the Engineering Manager.Required Skills

Sound written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point. Microsoft Project experience a plus.  Knowledge of Exhaust, Elastomer or Ride Control products a plus. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. High personal drive. Working knowledge of CAD.Required ExperienceBachelors Degree in engineering, business or equivalent.
