Mercedes-Benz is actively seeking an Project Lead CRM to lead the implementation of medium to large development projects for strategic marketing and customer information systems. Provide leadership, coaching, guidance, and support to both internal and external team members. Complete all assigned projects on time and within budget. Provide manager with a project schedule of all major projects within area of responsibility.

Responsibilities include: Deliver new systems to meet customer’s business requirements and adhere to ITM standards.Manage projects to completion, on time and within budgetEnsures technical standards and development architectures are utilized effectively for internal or external development. Ensure effective business recovery procedures are in place and tested.Report to management system performance and keep measurement metrics up to date.Lead the development, enhancement and maintenance of MBUSA’s Customer Data Warehouse as required.Ensure chosen architecture supports current production volumes and is saleable for future growth.
