Project Manager

- Chair project kick-off meetings with engineering, estimating, purchasing, and manufacturing personnel.

 - Track and manager projects from date of order through installation and startup.

- Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules

-  Determine customer requirements and communicate to engineering, manufacturing, and other appropriate personnel.

- Determine customer engineering reviews (Phase II & III External Reviews).

- Obtain written customer approvals when required.

- Continually communicate project status to the customer.

- Continually communicate with manufacturing management and the build leaders.

-Document job progress, issues, resolutions, and revisions in appropriate job files.

- Request and secure all customer-supplied parts and information needed for design, build and tryout.

-Conduct all activities and operations according to company's Guiding Principles, Quality Policy, ISO 9001 and QS/TE Requirements, and company's Processes and Procedures.

- Primary company contact for all project-related communication with company's  customers.

- Coordinate tasks with all departments.

- Participate in initial job setup and definition as required for job cost control and engineering design and controls direction.

- Track and manage all project concerns through the Design and Manufacturing matrices.
