Quality Control Engineering Specialist

An international Mfr. & Sales of automotive parts is looking for Quality Control Engineering Specialist. SUMMARY:Ensure product's compliance with Company's requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Analyze in-process NG's from previous shift- Immediately analyze critical in-process defects- Assure that production is according to control plan- Review & disposition scrap material- Report scrap to PUR/FA- Monitor and Record chamber activity RT Parts- Evaluation of Returned Product (Field & Customer)- Process Audit- Defect Analysis & Recording- Support QIP Activity- 3K (Hub & ECT pin hole etc.)- Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards- Will perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by the Supervisor or Management KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:- Basic product knowledge- Basic process knowledge- Conceptual physics understanding- Clear writing ability- Ability to complete tasks- Excellent cooperative personality- Ability to retain training- Ability to work 2/3 shifts- Ability to work weekends and holidays - Short term notice business travel- Overseas business travel- Ability to interact well with co-workers- Ability to understand, follow and implement posted work rules and company procedures- Ability to accept constructive criticism QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- HS diploma or GED required- Valid passport for travel required for travel- Valid Driver's License required Salary:  40K *** NO PHONE CALLS, please.  Qualified candidate will be contacted ***
