REQUIREMENTS: Manage an assigned territory of accounts receivable customers by ensuring adherence to established credit terms, timely follow-up on disputed invoices, and communication back to the customer Effective communication, follow-up and resolution with dealers who provide parts and service to our customers Work with internal departments to resolve issues that reside within Daimler Trucks North America Work closely with the department manager on issues that require additional support Work effectively with teammates to maintain a cohesive and friendly work environmentBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma and three years experience in Accounts Receivable or related OR an Associates degree in accounting, mathematics, business or related and one year experience is required.
