Receptionist

We’re seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work as a receptionist in our dealership.  You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties. 

 

Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboard Transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed Assist all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic dealership information Provide administrative support to the front desk as needed (faxing, filing, etc.)

 

Requirements:Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.) Professional attitude and attire a must
