Position Overview

CARSTAR is searching for a qualified Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) to join its Corporate Marketing Department. The RMM is responsible for achieving marketing program compliance and implementation of corporate marketing initiatives within the franchisee network at the field level. Achieve marketing compliance by providing support and services to CARSTAR corporate stores, CARSTAR franchisees, insurance partners, preferred vendors and all other CARSTAR affiliates. This position reports to CARSTAR’s Senior Marketing Executive. Ensure assigned territory stores’ marketing plan is both qualified and effective within the local market areas, and oversees the implementation and the effectiveness of those plans.

 

This position will also be responsible for managing corporate and local marketing agency to deliver a unified and consistent message and voice to our franchisee/local marketing representative resources system-wide.



 

RequirementsAn undergraduate degree in Marketing is preferred. 5–10 years general marketing experience with a combination of B2C and B2B working knowledge. Must be able to write an effective Marketing Plan.  Must posses and be able to demonstrate exceptional written, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills along with an ability to organize efforts across many projects, programs, and markets. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Willing to travel to assigned markets 4 days per week, 3 weeks per month. Due to travel requirments, candidate can reside anywhere east of the Mississippi.
