SAP Business Analyst SAP HRIn this role, the incumbent will perform senior level SAP HR functional duties in support of the delivery of advanced business system design, analysis and programming products on schedule and in accordance with client requirements and department standards. Works with all areas of HR (payroll, benefits, compensation, etc) as well as IM and/or Finance to resolve employee and organization data issues. · Candidate will lead the design, development and implementation / rollout of the Client’s Global SAP HR solution.· The candidate will have a recently demonstrated experience in a consultative or operational role leading a successfully SAP engagement for or within a large global enterprise customer, preferably for a Manufacturing Client.· Direct management of creation of technical solutions, client relationships and tactical execution of complex SAP base project within the account· Serve as a primary client-facing engagement leader and, thus, is accountable for establishing and executing within a given project · Responsible for designing the SAP HR business processes and supporting module elements, including Payroll, Hire-to-Retire, Time and Expenses, benefits and employee self service and related business processesCoordinate with SAP Implementation team members to ensure consistency of design and adherence to established business processes and policiesBA/BS Computer Science or EquivalentSAP HR Certification1. A minimum of five years SAP HR/Payroll system experience with financial/payroll analysis including query functionality2. Experience with an SAP Payroll conversion(s) and/or custom reporting3. Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Personnel Administration (PA) and Personnel Development (PD) modules, and 3+ years' experience in configuring Organizational Management, Recruitment and/or Employee Self Service.4. At least one complete rollout of SAP HR module for a company5. Experience implementing SAP in a manufacturing environment.6. Experience implementing SAP HR/PR in support of a company with collective bargaining units.7. Extensive combined experience in HR Administration processes, business process reengineering, procedure development and systems analysis preferred
