Motorsports Sales Consultants

We are seeking personable and outgoing professional person to work to as one of our Motorsports Sales Consultants. In this challenging role you will have the responsibility to meet and surpass the Motorsports’ monthly goals.

Responsibilities:

Maximizing the sale of merchandise to customers.



Assisting customers regarding products and services by describing the features and benefits as it pertains to the "individual" customer.



Assuring that the store neat and clean at all times.



Making sure the store is neatly and completely merchandised at all times with current and correctly priced product.



Assisting the manager and other personnel in making sure orders are placed for merchandise that is getting in short supply.



Promoting the sale of Motorsports merchandise through the SALES and SERVICE departments by developing relationship with all individuals in those departments.



Taking personal responsibility in developing knowledge regarding Motorsports product.



Assisting in maintaining and supporting THE COLLECTION website.



Also, responsible for opening and/or closing the store and performing day end cash drawer and sales reports.



Requirements:

Personable and outgoing.



Able to work independently with minimal supervision.



Comfortable working with deadlines.



Have a sense of urgency.



Have the capacity and energy to "get things done".



A problem solver.



Accurate in working with numbers, cash, credit cards and reports.
