Growing progressive multi franchise dealer, in search of an energetic sales manager, to join our already solid team of polished professionals.  We need a manager who loves to close deals and train salespeople!

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager that can hit the ground running!

•The Sales Manager is responsible for satisfying customer needs while leading and motivating a team of commissioned Sales Consultants to reach and/or exceed goals in a fast pace environment.
•Must successfully execute short and long term goals including daily sales and associate development in addition to managing processes and budgets.

 We are looking for Candidates who have:


 2 + years auto dealership management experience
 proven record of increased sales and Csi
