Sales Manager - Custom Molds

Stable, growth-oriented, customer-focused leading manufacturer of custom molds and machining seeks a self-motivated, proven producer for a key position on our team.  The successful candidate will have a history of five (5) plus years in building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas.  The individual will be responsible for executing the marketing and sales programs for this organization.  Compensation structure includes a draw and a liberal commission plan to earn in excess of $80,000 per year.  This position reports directly to the President.

 

Essential Functions:

 

·  Create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan through proposals, presentations, trade shows and other meetings;

·  Analyze end-user needs, short-term and long-term corporate initiatives;

·  Initiate and control sales processes with new clients with needs for custom molds and machining;

·  Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients;

·  Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues and profits;

·  Close and multi-task new customer sales opportunities.

 

Essential Requirements:

 

·  Five (5) years of successful commissioned sales to manufacturing and industrial clients;

·  Custom molds and machining industry knowledge and experience preferred;

·  Verifiable ability to exceed targeted goals and work independently;

·  Initiative and ability to generate own leads as well as excellent follow up on company furnished accounts;

·  Organized, detail and process oriented and a team player.
