Sales Professional - Industrial Fasteners

TRW has an immediate opening for an Industrial Fastener Sales Account Manager within the Engineered Fasteners & Components group.  This position identifies, develops and maintains customer contacts to ensure TRW is an established preferred source in targeted industrial fastener markets.  Works aggressively in developing new accounts and executing a sales strategy for non-automotive markets, potentially to include heavy truck, marine, RV, appliance, and others.  Works with customers to identify value-added opportunities, and to win new business at required margin and volume levels to meet growth objectives. 

 

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering, and at least seven years industrial sales experience with a proven track record of sales success and ingenuity.  Prior sales experience with injection molded plastic products desired but not required, and established contacts outside of the automotive industry (excluding medical) would be highly desirable.

 

This position is based at TRW’s Farmington Hills, (Detroit) MI facility.  Relocation will not be provided.
