Sales and Marketing Assistant

Let's Go Aero seeks experienced candidate for a comprehensive supportive position involving sales, marketing and administrative functions. Primary responsibilities include: customer service, order taking and processing, marketing, maintaining client databases, and administrative work.
This position is for a highly motivated person with strong computer, oral, and written communication skills to assist with many growth facets associated with sales, marketing, and customer servicing. This person must enjoy innovation and change, be a self starter, and work proactively as part of a team. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task in an efficient and organized manner. 
Proficiency in administrative duties, with emphasis on computer skills required.  Must be experienced with all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and experienced using internet for research and marketing.
Marketing experience to include flyers, website management, and internet marketing required.

Summary of Qualifications:Strong customer service/relations, computer, and written skills required.  Highly detailed and proficient at multi-tasking. Experience with fielding inbound product inquiry calls to order taking and processing, and with developing and executing marketing campaigns.  Advanced skills using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email software, PDF formatting, graphic design softwares, and internet business computing related to shipping desired.
