Senior Credit and Collections Specialist

. DENSO International America, Inc. (DIAM)General Summary:Under general supervision, coordinates the daily activities of assigned Credit and Collections area. Trains and mentor lower level colleagues on Credit and Collections Systems and other Accounts Receivable (A/R) related duties. Resolves complex and non-routine issues. Cultivates relationships with customers, DIAM, affiliate and DENSO Japan personnel in order to update departmental databases/systems and discuss and resolve open Account Receivable (A/R) issues. Conducts financial and credit analysis of new and existing customers to determine potential credit risks & work with individual departments to develop strategies to minimize risk. Networks with other credit & business professionals through monthly participation in various credit organizations. Summarizes and analysis data for complex audits, reports and inquiries.
