Senior Engineering Manager

Position Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to lead a team in the development of new products and concepts for targeted applications. A high value will be placed on maintaining a strong, innovative spirit inside the team; high-energy, high-integrity candidates are sought with the skills needed to lead this highly technical engineering and new business development team. A solid, technical aptitude of existing and cutting edge technologies in a range of engineering fields, including but not limited to hydraulics, mechanical, electronics and electrical systems Full personal management of engineering team Project leadership for next-generation technologies including technical aspects and assisting with business direction Direct reporting responsibilities to Senior Management Establish strong cross-functional relationships with other internal and external teams. These teams could be engineering, sales, marketing, production, management, etc. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Agricultural-M.S. or Ph.D. preferred At least 5 years experience in product or systems design and vehicle applications Strong, demonstrated technical background and work experience Excellent communicator with an interest in working across organizational lines Positive prior leadership experience on complex engineering projects Outstanding compensation, bonus and benefits package are being offered for this excellent opportunities to work with a solid, growing company.
