Compensation:  $88,000 PLUS BONUSES

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or related field

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience preferably in electronics field

· Experience in high current and high voltage power electronics field highly preferred

· Working knowledge of high current power electronics

· Strong knowledge of ergonomics and proper manufacturing safety techniques

· Strong knowledge of World Class Quality Systems/Methods: ISO-9001, Six Sigma (Certification preferred), DFM/DFA, FMEA, and Mistake Proofing

· Strong knowledge of World Class Manufacturing Methods: Lean/Flow Principles

· Strong knowledge of New Product Delivery Processes (PDP)

· Strong project and financial planning/management skills with experience leading cross functional teams

· Strong knowledge of work measurement and time standards

· Strong knowledge of line and process design, cycles of imbalance, material presentation, visual management, and tooling design

· Experience using engineering tools, systems and databases; Microsoft Office products; and computer design / modeling software

· Willing and able to work in a production environment to solve problems

· Experience in electronic assembly desired

· Six Sigma certification desired
