Senior Treasury Analyst

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF POSITION



· Primary responsibility is to gather and coordinate the global daily cash, borrowing balances and calculate and maintain key treasury, cash and debt ratios and metric positions of the Company.

 

DIMENSIONS


· Obtain daily cash & borrowing balances in the Global accounts.

· Monitor, determine, report, and advise on key cash and debt metric positions.

· Maintenance of records for all cash & debt covenant ratios and statistics within the US & Global Cash Management Systems.

 

 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Daily cash monitoring for the US and Global cash pools.

· Daily operation of the Treasury Workstation (pull and analyze bank reports for various bank accounts, insure that all transactions are properly booked and accounted for.)

· Determination of daily liquidity position.

· Determination of daily debt and cash ratios and metrics.

· Maintain records of debt/cash transactions via sub-ledger reports on a Global basis.

· Prepare daily and monthly cash and debt reports for management.

· Collect data, analyze, and prepare monthly cash forecast for the US & Global operations.

· Monthly review of US Bank Account Analysis Statements, prepare for payment of bank feeds.

· Assist with maintenance of bank covenants and reporting requirements on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

· Maintenance and periodic testing of Cash Management disaster recovery system.

· Provide support as required on Cash Management and Treasury projects.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

· 6-10 years Treasury experience.

· Solid knowledge of Accounting principles.

· Detail-oriented.

· Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

· Self directed and motivated with a high level of initiative.

· Experience working in a global environment is preferred.

· Proficient in MS Office and Hyperion.
