Service Advisor/Consultant

Bret’s Autoworks, a family owned and operated business, has been serving Olathe and surrounding communities for 20 years.  At Bret’s we believe in preventative maintenance and fixing it right the first time. Our facilities are clean and up to date, and we take pride in keeping our shops that way. Our facilities include 2 buildings on site for a total of 14 service bays and we service most makes and models. We are open Monday - Friday 7:30 - 6:00.

Currently, we are seeking qualified individuals who share our values and are committed to giving each customer the best possible service.

 

Essential Duties

·  Work together with 2 other service advisors/consultants to provide top quality customer service

·  Assist walk in customers, answer phones, make appointments

·  Work with customers from start to finish on repair orders

·  Enter vehicle complaints into computer system

·  Print out repair orders

·  Estimate technician recommended repairs and Maintenance

·  Call customer and sell the necessary work

·  Work with suppliers to order correct parts and supplies

·  Enter parts and labor on final invoice and bill out customers

·  Will have some management responsibilities

 

Job Skills

·  Exceptional Customer Service skills

·  Sales skills

·  Previous experience preferred, but will train on automotive knowledge
