In business for 20 years, MobilityWorks has become a recognized leader when it comes to satisfying the transportation needs of mobility-restricted individuals and those who are in the business of assisting persons with specialized transportation needs.  We are sensitive to the needs and requirements of our customers and create custom solutions to what may appear to be the most challenging of circumstances.

 

Based on our significant growth over the last several years, we are currently looking to hire a proven Service Manager to run the Service Department of our Waukesha, WI facility.  This person will join a dynamic management team made up of results-oriented, motivated, and hardworking individuals.

 

Responsibilities:Increasing revenues by making sure that the Service Dept is run in an efficient and productive manner, as well as, up-selling to customers.Quickly servicing and resolving problems for customers on a daily basis.  This includes communicating with customers in a timely manner and providing good follow-up and follow through consistently.Hiring/firing, managing, and motivating technicians.Scheduling service, purchasing parts, and dealing directly with the manufacturers.Daily maintenance and upkeep of the service area and equipment used by the technicians.

 

Requirements:Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or a related industry, strongly preferred.Strong organizational, planning, and time management skillsCustomer service mentality.Thick-skin.  Not overly sensitive to criticism.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Mechanical aptitude.Must be willing to jump in, get hands dirty and get service needs met.
