Help Cummins Southern Plains, LLC be a leader in the Distribution industry by acting as the Service Appointment Coordinator who schedules services and repairs; understands customer service request ; sells additional services; verifies warranty and service contract coverage; presents estimated service fees; prepares service orders; maintains customer rapport; updates job knowledge; accomplishes organization goals. Qualifications Efficiently operates terminal and enters data. (A minimum of 5,000 ksph) Practiced documentation skills. Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, and projects professional tone. Practices attentive and active listening, has the patience to hear people out. Verifiable accuracy in estimating. Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests. Ability to multi-task. Proficient at in-bound, pick, pack, ship, and inventory control. Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Focuses selling message on customer needs. High school diploma or equivalent required.
