Sr. Development Engineer, Mechatronics Team

Job Description: •Management of all projects and assignments within the Electrical Engineering Team•Directing Team efforts on trouble-shooting and designing the electrical systems for all products that include conventional and multiplex electrical methodologies•Estimation of project time requirements / duration / product structure implications, job assignment, tracking TCDs, prioritizing and reassigning tasks, approving designs and product structure•Tracking and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly activities of the Team for upper management•Specifications interpretation in order to determine project / design direction•Meetings management•Some outside travel will be requiredREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related Electrical Engineering degree required. Five to 10 years of experience in bus or truck design. Demonstrated evidence of leadership capabilities. High level of proficiency in electrical analysis, understanding circuit logic, CAD solid modeling and BOM system/program. High level of proficiency in Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
