Staff Accountant

Do you enjoy working with minimal supervision?  Are you self-motivated?  Is ‘to the penny’ barely exact enough for you?  Then this is the position for you!  We are a dynamic and exciting Harley-Davidson dealership in St. Charles, Illinois.  This is the third in a dealer network of three dealerships that covers three states.  We have been established since 2002 and have a loyal customer base.

 

Due to a recent promotion, we are looking for the perfect candidate to fill the role of STAFF ACCOUNTANT.  This position supervises and coordinates accounts payable activities, is responsible for the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger, accounts receivable, payroll duties including inputting into our computer system, tax payments and maintenance of personnel files.  This position has one direct report, the staff accountant/title clerk.

 

For the position of STAFF ACCOUNTANT Zylstra Harley-Davidson requires an associate’s degree with a concentration in accounting and a minimum of three years supervisory experience.  The candidate must be detail oriented, able to multitask with other administrative responsibilities and must be a team player within the organization.  Prior automotive/motorcycle industry experience required.
