Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

Just Tires are currently recruiting for a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager in their many locations throughout the United States. 

 

The Store Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales Annual Operating Plan targets established of the location.  The Store Manager must lead, coach and direct store associates to ensure optimal store performance and conduct Monday 4x4 Meetings, Quarterly Ethics meetings from The Network, and other meetings requested by District management.  The Store Manager must hold associates accountable for job responsibilities, training and development and ensure customer satisfaction in all areas of sales and service.  The Store Manager sets expectations and communicates regularly with associates on customer satisfaction, safety, goals and training while ensuring policies and procedures are communicated and followed.  The Store Manager must have two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience and prior management experience of two or more people.

 

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in effectively running the store in order to maximize sales and minimize costs working toward Annual Operating Profit goals.  The Assistant Store Manager must motivate and develop themselves and their team to achieve a high standard of customer service in order to maximize the sales and profitability of the store.  Assist with resolution of complaints, staffing, customer service, and safety and health. Maintain a clean, well merchandised store.  Identify training and development needs and implement training where needed.  Assume lead role when manager is out.  The Assistant Store Manager must  have one or more years of experience in a retail environment dealing one on one with the retail customer, as well as prior management experience of two or more people. 

 

Candidate Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Valid Driver’s license.Bachelor’s degree is preferred.At least 18 years oldMust be able to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
