Systems Analyst

Systems Analyst (I, II, or Senior)Job Summary:  The Systems Analyst is responsible for defining, implementing, supporting, tuning, and troubleshooting the server/network infrastructure in the enterprise.  The Systems Analyst is also responsible for enterprise backups.Job Responsibilities:-Maintain server/network infrastructure -Develop and maintain hardware images for enterprise -Maintain Storage Area Network and Blade ClustersJob Skills/Abilities:-Experience with Windows Server 2003 in an enterprise environment -Experience with VMware ESX 3.5 -Experience with SAN/NAS hardware -Experience with Citrix Presentation Server -Experience with Microsoft servers (SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.) -Experience with Cisco network devices -Experience with enterprise backup systems -Excellent problem solving and analytical skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail -Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually -Ability to deal with stressful situations in a professional mannerJob Requirements:-Hands-on experience in the following:  Microsoft Windows, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint Servers, Cisco network devices, VMware ESX, Storage Area Network -Minimum 3 years Windows 2003 experience in an enterprise environment -Minimum 3 years system/network administration experience in an enterprise environment -MCSE/MCSA/CCNA Certifications preferredAmerican LaFrance Information Technology Job Description -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems/ Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field -Must have ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing systems analyst tasks.
