Technical Service Representative TMMI

 

NPA Automotive, a paint supplier to the automotive market, is seeking an onsite Technical Service Representative to support TMMI automotive manufacturer located in Princeton, Indiana. 

 

Position Summary:

 

Position is responsible for customer support activities involving the service of supplier product, daily monitoring and inventory control

 

Education:

 Associates Degree in chemistry preferred but not necessary Lab experience helpful 0-3 years related work experience is preferred Hazardous material training beneficial but not required – training can be provided

 

Specific Skills:

 Knowledge of specific laboratory testing requirements beneficial Knowledge of ISO/QS and quality applications  Software including; Word, Excel, and various software Knowledge of OEM and/or GI standards Assertive with good communication and organizing skills Must be able to coordinate and multi-task

· Ability to utilize software for reporting procedures

· Working knowledge of liquid automotive paint including application is preferred

  · Working knowledge of problem solving techniques.

 

The position reports directly to the On-site Technical Service Manager. The position requires flexibility.
