Territory Parts & Service Manager - Field:  Southwest Region

In this key role, you'll provide parts and service support to the dealer network in the Southwest Region:  Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and Southern Texas.  The TPSM is responsible for representing TMHU with integrity at all times.  The TPSM will work under a variety of field conditions.  Examples of typical activities include but not limit to:Travel to various dealership locationsTraining dealer associates in the areas of parts, service and warrantyAssist dealers with marketing activitiesProvide technical assistance when neededHelp dealerships improve their overall business practices in the areas of customer satisfaction, service and parts market share, and productivity and profitability of the dealership.

Communication is a major component of this position; the candidate must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to multiple levels of management as well as dealership associates.  Bachelor degree required, preferably in automotive/industrial technology or business.  ASE certification is desired.  Analytical and diagnostic skills in all areas related to lift truck products/technology.  Excellent customer relation, time and project management skills.  Proficient in MS Office.  Must have the ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervision.  Willingness to accept new challenges and opportunities.  Several years experience in lift truck or related field.  Experience as a factory field service representative recommended.  Trave is required.
