Manager trade spending within assigned budget and in a manner that drives volume, share and profitability. Orchestrate the development of annual customer plans across DIY including:  - Development of a master customer planning calendar with key  presentations, decisions, etc.  - Providing guidance as to the timing and nature of promotions  across DIY.  - Utilizing both pre and post analysis of promotions to drive  promotional decisions.  Work with the DBI group to develop  lessons learned and communicate both internally and externally  the best practice recommendations moving forward. Penetrate the top 7 accounts beyond the buyer to develop relationships in other departments, i.e. marketing, advertising, store operations that lead to company marketing activities that strengthen our account relationships, identify new promotional opportunities and build brand equity. Incorporate marketing communications and category management insights into retail promotions which extend our brand messaging 360 ° . Bachelor of Business Administration; MBA preferred Minimum 4 years Consumer Package Goods Sales and/or Marketing, with at least 2 years of responsibility for trade spending management and analysis. Understanding of Retail Accounts, Trade Spending, Category Management and Promotion Management. Ability to work with and motivate others.
