Vehicle Administrator

Enterprise Fleet Management, a division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, New Vehicle Acquisition Department (NVA) has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Administrator. This is an entry-level position working with one of our Account Teams. NVA is an alternative vehicle purchasing method for all Fleet Management Groups. The "NVA Model" is a dynamic and efficient structure that's focus is to develop partnerships with the Fleet Management Groups and ultimately improve the efficiency of the overall vehicle acquisition process. Responsibilities include: Receive, review and print vehicle orders while updating current status in web database system Prepare, complete and send dealer paperwork Create order/unit files for ordered units Create first follow-up with Vehicle Administrative Coordinator Match Manufacturer Certificate of Origin and invoice with correct order file Prepare and send advanced notification letters to dealers Assist with dealer follow-up and input received information in web database Assist with the tracking and follow-up of unit’s Temp tags Required Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills Good oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a TEAM environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications: Strong PC skills; including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access Strong Negotiating skills Excellent follow-up skills Bachelors degreeTo Apply:If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please click on the following link and complete our online application:  https://www.enterprisejobs.com/default.asp?presets=req=6699-VA-05-02-08 We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
